CARDIO
Cardio is short for cardiovascular exercise. cardio involves with your heart so cardio is endurance exercises that keep your blood pumping through your heart. you should at least do cardiovascular exercises for 20 minutes to really work out your heart. it is important to work out your heart because it makes the heart beat faster, and helps pump more blood through your system, which carries nutrients
and oxygen to every cell in your body.
there is a wide variety on different types of cardio exercises. some common exercises include walking, jogging, and cycling. these are the most come exercises and also the least intense when it comes to cardio. aerobic exercises are great for cardio but are a lot more intense and should not be done for more than 40 minutes. some sports are also great for cardio such as boxing, rowing, team sports, and swimming are all great for cardio.
cardio will lead you to a better and healthier life style. you will live longer if you engage in activities which involve working out your heart. other types of exercises should be done as well and you should eat right as well if you want to live a healthier lifestyle. we do a variety of exercises in pE such as crunches, situps, basketball, and running and from time to time swimming. i am currently boxing and plan to continue for a while all the way until next year at the least so i will be engaging in cardio during my summer break.
